Whether it’s TV licence, vaccination, breast screening, organ donor or anything else we are asked to ‘opt out’ of when we never opted in to begin with, it is a scam to get you into their system another way. You will still be contracting with them and allowing them to apply penalty upon you.

As explained in the excellent video below, any contract signed without full knowledge or by cohesion of some sort is null and void. We have 3 days to legally to withdraw, or why not write ‘under duress’ after your signature when you sign?
